$6K Reward Offered Leading to Arrest for Dumping Three Newborn Puppies in a Plastic Bag in Bridgeport

BRIDGEPORT. Conn. – Desmond's Army Animal Law Advocates is offering a $6,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for dumping three newborn puppies found frozen and deceased in plastic bags at Newfield and Orange Streets on Jan. 22.


Anyone with information is asked to contact Bridgeport, Connecticut Animal Control at (203) 576-7727 or by email at animal.shelter@bridgeportct.gov.


Army's Legacy Animal Rescue and Sanctuary, Inc. has pledged an additional $500, and an anonymous donor has also pledged another $500.


This offer automatically rescinds 90 days from Jan. 24, 2025.

This makes me sick and sad, how could a human do this to them poor puppies . Put them in jail

I loathe people that abuse, exploit, or otherwise degrade an animal's quality of life. This is just awful, what kind of monster does this?? And my God, that poor Momma dog, her anguish is unimaginable.
