DEC 19, 2024 | $5,000 REWARD for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person(s) responsible for the abandonment of the pregnant brindle bulldog found on December 19, at 8 Turtle Creek Lane East Hartford condos. Sadly, the mother and babies did not survive.
