HARTFORD, Conn. — Desmond's Army Animal Law Advocates is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person(s) responsible for the deceased intact male golden retriever found on March 18 in a garbage can behind the abandoned Stop & Shop at 940 Silver Lane, East Hartford.

In our commitment to seek justice for this innocent animal, and in line with our mission, Desmond's Army has pledged to fund a necropsy that will help determine the cause of its death.
